Historic 1880's Modern Texas Farmhouse restored w/care & historic charm.The Full Venue includes 4 large bedrooms w/ king beds, ensuite bathrooms. 5th Bedroom is The Shed w/Queen bed, shares a bathroom with the Christopher Suite. Outdoor Shower. Large private yard, deck, patio, pool , porches, hammocks & plenty of space to relax. Fire pit. 4 blocks to walk to square, BBQ joints, music, vintage stores, bars, wine shop, art gallery, restaurants, & coffee shop. The space Large dreamy home with 11 foot ceilings, original wood floors and windows, 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite baths in the main house. The 4th bedroom(The ChristopherSuite) is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a private entry, separate living room and kitchenette and is attached to the main house though the kitchen. It can be rented separately from the Main house. The Shed is our 5th charming bedroom overlooking the pool. It does not have a bathroom. The best bathroom to share is in the Christopher Suite. Outdoor shower. Please see separate listing to rent the Main House as a 3 bedroom/3 bath or The Christopher Suite on its own. The back yard is very large and private with a beautiful pool that has a waterfall wall with beautiful peacock motif tile from Tunisia, tanning bed and LED lighting at night and solar pool heater. Fire pit that seats 6. Electric BBQ grill. Please inquire for photo shoots or film/video opportunities. Events for more than 10 guests must be planned in advance for additional venue/event pricing and signed agreement. Dogs must be pre approved before booking.. Dog rules: 2 dogs max Proof of flea/tick medication from vet Non Shedding dogs only $75-$150 pet cleaning fee per dog(depending on size, breed and length of stay) No Dogs on the furniture Dogs can not be left alone, unless crated. No dogs in the pool. Pick up after your dog in the yard. NOTE: The yard is fenced, however, the perimeter fence has some gaps in it. We ask that dogs be supervised in the yard. Please treat your dogs like you would children and keep an eye on them or keep them on a leash when in the yard. Guest access The entire house. 10 Guests max allowed per booking. No extra guests allowed on property without pre approval and event planning and charges. Other things to note We provide yummy whole bean coffee from our local Chaparral Coffee store, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Beautiful Pool, pool floats, Fire pit and BBQ grill.
