Two separate common areas featuring comfortable sofas with a 65 inch flat screen smart TV on the main level. Each bedroom has its own TV . Our game room is located in the lower level and has a variety of games and a full size pool table, Foosball table, arcade, dart board, cards, small Jenga, huge Jenga, backgammon, checkers etc... Fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a BBQ on the spacious deck with our outdoor grill complete with grilling utensils. Fireplaces will give a romantic cozy vibe during your relaxing stay. Fire pit and chairs to enjoy evening gatherings and marshmallow roasting. Guest must take the garbage to garbage compactor locate 2 minute away from the house Pass will be provided. Guest will have additional charge of $10 for each garbage bag left in the house. Pass for garbage compactor will be provided at no additional charge. IF LOOST COMPACTOR PASS GUEST WILL PAY $45 FOR A NEW ONE. COMPACTOR PASS MUST BE LEFT IN THE HOUS AFTER CHECK OUT. NO FIRE WORKS ARE ALLOWED. 2 pets maximum. Possible for more the 2 pets with approval from the host in advance . Additional charge of $75 may apply.
