If you want a home away from home for a family trip, girls weekend, NSU game, youth baseball at The Parc, or to attend one of the festivals in Natchitoches our classic 3900 sq. ft. home was restored to make your stay full of comfort and rest A short walk ( .3 mile) over the Church St. Bridge to the historic downtown for shopping, restaurants ,pubs, and art galleries. 20'x40' Saltwater pool, porches The space This whole house rental in Natchitoches La is perfect for families who want to create lifetime memories together... for friends who want to laugh and celebrate the good times in life... and those who appreciate the joy of pure relaxation . We have 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, gourmet kitchen, dining area, 3 sitting areas, and a screened in back porch with wicker rockers and a lounge chair overlooking the lovely backyard. During renovation original ship-lap and wallpaper was discovered and is featured in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The downstairs wood floors are over 100 years old. Some areas are clearly marked private. Baseball tournament families are most welcome. Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times. Two Pet under 20 lbs. are welcome with a Fee of 100.00/each due in cash upon check-in. Pet must be crated when you leave the house, on leash in yard. Bring poop bags please. Service dogs are welcome at No Charge, but owners will be responsible for any damages by the animal. If the service animal is left alone in the home it must be crated. Please note the home does not have a wheel chair ramp or equipped for handicapped access. Two bedrooms, attic nook bedroom, and one bath are upstairs. Twin daybed in sun-room. No elevator You must acknowledge that Steps and Walkways can be slippery. Please use hand rails. The kitchen has a 6 burner gas commercial stove and there is a whole house filtered water system. We have WI-FI, Roku and Netflix only( no cable or local channels). If you smoke please do so outside or on the porch. When you plan to be out of the home for extended periods of time please raise the thermostat and turn off unnecessary lights. We try to be environmental friendly - so please hang up your towel and use again. Please keep noise to a minimum as we are in a quiet residential area. No parties or events are allowed in our home. Prior to checking out please pull your sheets and towels and put in the laundry hamper by the back bench. Please dump all trash containers and put in the outside bins. Please rinse out the tubs and sinks. If you used the kitchen please load the dishwasher and turn it on. We have parking in the long brick driveway for about 5-6 average size cars. On street parking is not allowed in our neighborhood. Please do not engage our elderly neighbors - if you need something either text us or call us. Pool is open from 10 am until 8 pm only. Please watch your children at all times. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Our home is not a suitable location for parties or events. Weapons are not allowed on the property. Parents must supervise children at all times. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the home. You can pay cash if you need to add a guest over ten. Our home is comfortable and inviting - all the charm of a early 1900's home with upscale modern conveniences. Our cleaning protocols go far beyond what you will find in most all traditional hotels and are the same as the top luxury 5 star hotels. In addition to our standard top to bottom cleaning between every stay, all surfaces in the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and table tops, pillows and mattresses, and of course the bathrooms are disinfected with a CDC-approved disinfectant. We always take the health and safety of you our guests, as well as our cleaners and staff very seriously We are offering pool side picnic packages and evening dinner menus. The back cottage is not included in the rental, we stay there if we are in town - no worries we respect your privacy. Children should be supervised at all times. The house is not handicap equipped. Steps and walks can be slippery when wet please use caution and the handrails. Please use tub mats to avoid skips or falls. Double check for phone chargers, personal items, etc. prior to exiting the home. Leave the key on the kitchen counter and be sure both doors are closed completely and locked. Note: If the internet goes off - unplug and reboot. Should be 3 green lights Password is under the TV If there is a power surge in the neighborhood, the on demand hot water heater may kick off - push the off button , count to 10 and turn it back on. Parking space for 5-6 standard size vehicles, no on street parking allowed. Please park in the long brick drive only. This is not the place for your party or event. Minimum age 30 please. One night stays are ok, just cost a bit more. Other things to note Yes we do have a strict cancellation policy - but we do work with our guests to reschedule their stay at a time more convenient for them and ourselves in the following 6 months. This way you do not lose money due to Airbnb cancellation fees. Our home is not handicap accessible. Three bedrooms ( 2 queen, 1 full, and 1 child's twin) and 1 bath are upstairs. No smoking inside the home No parties or events allowed on the property. If you have guests you are responsible for them and they must depart by 11 PM or pay $100 per person to stay overnight.
