All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) ★ PRIVATE PARKING: The cabin has easy flat parking with space for 3 cars right beside the cabin. ★ ENTRY: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send you your passcode for your door lock. Check in after 4pm. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per half-hour. ★ INTERNET/STREAMING TV’S: High Speed Wireless Internet is included in your stay. Streaming smart TVs in living room, back patio and in each bedroom. Bring your own password for all streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc... ★ BEDROOMS The bedrooms have hooks on the back of the doors (no closets) and dresser space, except the twin over twin bunk bedroom which has a media cabinet. ★ KITCHEN Fully stocked kitchen. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out. ★ HOT TUB We have a hot tub on our back deck that was just recently installed. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! ★ GAMES PacMan Arcade Foosball table Board / card games (appropriate for children & families) ★ NEIGHBORHOOD There are currently cabins being built on our street so there may be construction at times. ★ SECURITY Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance for your safety. Ring cameras turn on with motion and record. There are no indoor cameras. ★ NO PETS allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave. ★ Absolutely No Smoking ★ Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires including candles will be charged $100 plus damages ★ We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters
