YOU CAN NOT BOOK The space Although the unit is part of a townhouse, it is more or less a unit of its own. The bedrooms (a master bedroom, a standard-plus room, and a standard room) are upstairs and very private. Apart from the en suite in the master bedroom, there is also another bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The living room is downstairs, along with the kitchen, dining area, work desk, and coatroom. What's more, the kitchen is well-equipped with a big refrigerator and a breakfast table for four people. There's also a dining table for six in a separate dinning space in the living room. In short, this is the perfect space for a family vacation or a group trip. Guest access The unit is part of a townhouse. The entrance door of the house and all doors in the unit have automated locks. So you can check in at any time you want, whether during the day or at midnight. You will have access to everything in the unit. You can prepare a nice meal in the kitchen whenever you want. You can lounge on the deck at the back or use the work desk downstairs if you want. And all the bathrooms in the unit are at your disposal. During your stay The three rooms and the facilities upstairs are very private. However, while the common areas (the kitchen, dinning, and living room) at the entry level are at your disposal, it is important to keep in mind that there is another unit in the basement of the house. Hence, guests may pass through the common area at the entry level to get to or exit the basement unit. Even with this, your privacy is assured as the rooms upstairs come with automated locks. Also, I live in Bowie, Maryland, which is about a 25-minute drive away from the place. So you can expect no interaction. Other things to note THERE IS PARKING 1. We have just one parking spot for you. 2. You need a permit to park within the community. Otherwise your vehicle will get towed. 3. Message me to reserve the permit well in advance. 4. If you don't have a permit, or if you have more than a car, there's a ton of street parking on Old Columbia Pike. Then further down the road, there's also street parking on Stewart Lane. Then there's parking at White Oak Shopping Center. 5. ALWAYS LOOK OUT FOR SIGNS FOR WHERE NOT TO PARK.
