Property adjacent to State-managed lake, set back 1/4 mile from nearest public road on a private gravel drive. You will have use of the lake, the dock, two firepits (you must be present entire time they are hot), canoe, stand up paddleboard, lake is safe for swimming. Use all listed here at your own risk, of course! Use all outdoor spaces as if they were yours--we ask that you put everything you use back where you found it, most especially the canoe. Other things to note Self Check in details will be provided after payments process. This space is not safe for children. I will accept children under certain circumstances with parental assurances the child will neither be left alone in the unit, nor allowed outside the unit unless under adult supervision. There will be a $10 per day extra guest fee for the child. A self-service cot is available and must be used vs bringing own sleeping bag or air mattress. We recommend children not be brought for their safety and so parents wont be bound by our constant supervision rules which, if broken, will mean immediate cancelation of reservation withoutvrefund. Please note there is a $25 one time pet fee that will cover any number of dogs for the entire stay. A detailed pet policy will be provided along with house rules when you book. The fee will be collected as an extra service. If you do not agree to the policy, please do not bring your pet, we have pets on site and our policy is to keep every four-footed furry guest safe and happy sharing the space.
