This condo is made up of a studio and a 2-bedroom combined. The studio portion (A side) living room offers a seating area to enjoy a meal and has a Flat Screen TV. The bed is a King-sized bed, so you don’t have to worry about a typical Murphy bed sleeping arrangements in a studio. The bathroom offers a small vanity area and a combination tub/shower. The kitchen offers a small fridge, a microwave, and a 2 burner stop top so you can cook a quick bite before heading to the beach. This studio also offers a wash machine and dryer in the condo. The 2-bedroom (B side) portion of this condo has a living room that offers comfortable seating and one of the couches folds out to a Queen Sofa sleeper. There is dining area that can accommodate 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The large kitchen is the perfect place to cook a dinner for 8. All the cookware and dishwasher you could need is already in the condo so all you need is your catch of the day. The guest bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and the guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower. The Master bedroom features a King-sized bed and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a vanity area and combination tub/shower. A separate washer & dryer is offered in the B side of the condo as well. This condo features wireless internet and for the 2022 season. SeaCrest Condominium is located on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with its emerald green water and breathtaking sunsets.   It is situated on the quiet end of Okaloosa Island, overlooks Emerald Walk Park, and has boardwalk access to the beach.  It is conveniently located to water sports of all kinds, fishing, golf, fine restaurants, great shopping and many other local attractions for all ages with varied interests.  These units have angled views of the Gulf of Mexico which increase on the higher floors.  The property has many amenities, to include a large outdoor pool, indoor, family BBQ with picnic area, and fitness room. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
