It is cozy but not super-sized. And, the loveseat hide-a-bed has a 4 inch thick cot-size mattress so it is not super plush! But, it works well if you need a separate bed. ::ALSO.....PLEASE NOTE:: the bathroom does NOT have a sink but the kitchen does!☺ We provide all dinnerware, pots/pans, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, hot plate, small refrigerator, towels and linens.
