We are very excited to share Rockwood Cottage with you. It is a cozy, relaxing, home with modern touches and necessary gadgets to feel far away or stay totally connected. There is access and a beach on Lake Tahoe approximately 75 steps away and kayaks to enjoy the clear waters. We decorate the inside of the cottage for the holiday season. Permit # 08401806 The space Our two bedroom home with en suite full bathrooms is tucked away in a secluded area not too far from the hustle and bustle. It is a great place to cozy up in front of a fire and watch the sun set over the mountains. Guest access There is a full kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils and accessories. Dining room area with large table to host meals. Each room equipped with fireplaces, televisions, apple tv, cable and high speed WiFi throughout. Outdoor spaces include a deck with propane fire-pit and furniture out front and bbq with patio furniture in the backyard. Guest also have access to 32 amp electric car charger in the carport. Other things to note Cleaning fee included in our nightly price. Douglas County Transient Occupancy Taxes are collected at 14%.
