This beautiful lakefront private guest suite offers unobstructed lake views right in your backyard. The lake doesn't get any closer than this! Soak in your private hot tub enjoying the views with a glass of wine or coffee. Sit by the fire pit on your private deck listening to the waves crash on the shoreline. Enjoy a nice dinner in your bug free screened patio. Tour the lake on the free kayaks or take an easy ride into the city to listen to live music. So much to do to make for a fun time! The space Couple's Cove is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom guest suite that has beautiful, unobstructed views of the lake from every window! Your guest suite is the lower level of the home with a private entrance which offers so much fun at your fingertips! The suite has a master bedroom with a queen size Tempurpedic bed and one full size bathroom. The living room includes a comfy, memory foam pull out sofa as well as a sectional sofa bed. Each area has a smart TV as well. *Please note this is not an entire house, it is the lower level of the house which is completely private for you. The only part shared with the homeowners is the ceiling. I like to compare it to a condo. It's your own space, you just have neighbors above you. There is so much to do right here at the property: Kayak or Paddleboard, swim off the dock, sit in your private 5 person hot tub, play a game of pool, throw some darts, beat your friend at a game of Wii or Scrabble (lots of board games provided), relax reading a book (also provided) while you listen to the boats drive by or lay back and watch a movie on any of the two smart TV's. We have provided all the fun...you just need to bring yourselves!! Guest access With a contact-less, smart lock check in, you can arrive anytime after 3pm. You do not need to see the hosts at all. We do live in the upper level so we will be around if you need us, but we will give you plenty of privacy. Your private areas include the entire guest suite (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, family room, pool table room), screened in patio with private hot tub and table to eat in a bug free zone, additional deck which includes a fire pit table, zero gravity chairs and a grill. These areas are all private for your use. The rock area at the shoreline is public property so anyone can use it. The kayaks and paddleboard are shared with hosts and are first come first serve. Feel free to reserve them and we will honor that :) Other things to note We will send out the code to the door on the morning of your arrival day. There is no smoking of any kind inside the home. Smoking outside is fine as well as on the screened patio. We have upgraded wifi should you need to work during vacation. We also have a whole house generator should power go out during a TN storm. The fun won't be stopped :) Only the 2 guests listed on the reservation may be on the property. If you will have any daytime guests, please get prior approval and they must leave by 9pm. Daytime guests are limited. Please contact us before to let us know who is coming over. We do not want people coming onto our property without our knowledge as this is our home and we live here. No pets, no kids, no parties please.
