Guest access The whole house is available for guest access, except for one locked owner's closet upstairs. Other things to note Leaving the Airport: * Ubers are not allowed to pick up passengers from the airport. We recommend taking a Taxi to our Airb&b when you arrive. * Be careful when you exit the Customs area of the airport. There will be a lot of people welcoming you to Puerto Vallarta, with some drinks and treats. They are trying to get you to sign-up for a timeshare or resort presentation. So unless you want to do that, just ignore EVERYONE until you are outside the doors of the airport (just say, “No gracias”). There are a few legit taxi guys close to the exit doors, but you can also find them outside the doors. * That being said, if you want to attend a presentation, they often give you a free breakfast and free passes to an event. However, plan to spend most of your day at the timeshare presentation as it takes at least 3 hours. House Maintenance: *The gardeners and swimming pool service technician are on a schedule and come early in the mornings. We will provide the schedule if you rent the home so you are not surprised if you see someone cleaning the pool early one morning. *The house will be clean with fresh linens and towels when you arrive. If you would like additional house cleaning services during your stay, just let us know and it can be arranged.
