We just finished renovating a large apartment that wanted to combine the Viennese flavor of the period building with the practicality and functionality of today's living. Palazzo Vidmar is located in the central area of Gorizia, a stone's throw from the park and the main street that connects the Railway Station to the historic center. Quiet area with shops, restaurants and great parking. Great for groups and more families. Breakfast included. The space The apartment spans almost the entire first floor and consists of an entrance, a hallway that distributes four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen block. It is the result of the renovation of the noble floor of Palazzo Vidmar, built between the two wars in the Austrian villa district. The accommodation was designed to also respond to medium-long stays of large families (even with small children) or groups of friends, providing a living-lounge space with a minimum but perfectly organized kitchenette. Furniture is essential but effective. Plants and appliances are new. Additional appliances, work tables, and more can be provided on request on the list of services offered. The apartment has Wi-Fi with unlimited 2.5 gigabit ultra-fast fiber giga, two HD TVs of which one smart with Prime channel subscription, schuko sockets and fast charger usb (fast charging), alarm clocks, radio and bluetooth speakers, hair dryer, independent thermal heating, air conditioning in each room, double-glazed windows with mosquito nets, washing machine, iron and all the other amenities you can imagine. Guests are left behind for personal hygiene and cleaning, clean tablecloths, towels and sheets, pillows of your choice, duvets, and quilts. You can have breakfast at home as basic foods are left available. (* for only the first two/three days of presence). Guest access From the stairwell you can access the first floor. At the entrance you will find a technical room with washing machine and boiler. From the entrance you can reach two distinct areas with their bedrooms and related bathrooms. The courtyard where you can leave your bikes is common to the entire condominium. It's easy to find parking on the street, right below the building. The neighborhood is particularly quiet. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for stays for a week or more, but for its characteristics it also lends itself to quick nights. It's brand new: easy to use and clean. For the cleaning of the apartment, we follow Airbnb's anti-covid protocol. The range of appliances available or additional furnishings can be expanded upon request. All beds are single (80X200) but can be connected in a double format. Two comfortable, one-and-a-half-square-bed sofas are available, one in a bedroom and the other in the living room. In addition, on request there are cottages, cribs, air mattresses and floor mattresses to expand the variety of beds. The flexibility with which the accommodation was designed allows you to organize the presence of even multiple families at the same time and particularly large groups.
