You can watch all your favourite channels, such as BBC, Channel 4, ATV, etc., which can be streamed on a large flat-screen TV. The quiet bedroom is accessed through a sliding door with a beautiful garden view. It has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite shower room. We provide clean towels and fresh linen. Complimentary Fibre-Optic High-Speed Internet. European and USB power plugs are available. Complementary tea and coffee are available—we do not offer perishable food like milk, butter, etc. The flat is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Have a pleasant stay! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
