There is a $30 ($34.20 including tax) nightly charge for each animal and additional person additional person beyond two. The additional fee doesn't automatically calculate when booking, so we will charge the additional amount separately after confirmation. The laundry is in a common laundry room, with direct access from your apartment. You'll have a designated parking spot just in front of your private entrance and porch. There is a TV with Apple TV streaming capabilities. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a double bed. The huge fenced back yard is also yours to use, and shared with the residents in the other units. Self-check in with a lock box, so late check-in is not a problem. You'll be given the lock box code a few days prior to your arrival. Check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. We will offer you early check-in and late check-out options if it's available, a couple days before your arrival/departure for a fee of $50.
