The master bedroom has a king bed and its own en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Additional guest bathroom has a shower. Convenient washer and dryer in the unit. The 440 West Condo complex is in the heart of the south beach section of Clearwater Beach. Although you are on the water, the beach is just a very short walk away. A 15-minute walk to Pier 60 and Clearwater Marina, where you can enjoy excursions and the Sunset Celebrations at the Pier every night, weather permitting. You are a short walk to restaurants, beach type shopping and a Walgreen’s. We look forward to seeing you soon! This property is a Whole monthly rental. HOUSE RULES and Special requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants. The Board made arrangements for owners and guests to have access to a pool facility nearby at the Holiday Inn. Opening of the lower-level garage is not expected any sooner than the first week of May. The RL James advertised completion date for painting the lower-level garage is April 21, but given our experience with schedules, the first week of May, is a better estimate. The painting of the upper-level garage is expected to commence on April 22, and it will take nine \'9\' working days to complete. If you park your car in the upper-level, and you expect not to be in the area around this time, please plan by mid-May to leave your car key with the Association Office so that we can move your car before the painting commences.
