Elvis Presley designed and financed this home for his doctor. It features a full racquet ball court and private swimming pool. Located in an upscale East Memphis neighborhood, it has been restored and furnished to its 1970's charm. It has an upstairs suite built for Elvis (he never stayed there) but he would play racquetball late in evening with Dr Nick and his son Dean. It is the perfect place for a large group traveling to Memphis or that Elvis fan visiting Memphis. The space Great way for large groups or family reunions to come to Memphis. The feeling is all retro just the way it was in the 70's plus a few modern upgrades like 8 flat screen tv's and new appliances. It is very spacious with a huge den downstairs, banana plant solarium, living room with wet bar plus bonus "game" room overlooking the racquetball court including a shuffleboard table. One master has adjoining library. Another master has a pool view and access. The upstairs master was Elvis's suite. All other bedrooms have Smart TV's and shared bathroom access. (NOTE: the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and access to only 1 bathroom, an additional full bathroom is located in the game room for those staying upstairs to use).
