This home is a perfect retreat for families and travelers! Walking distance to local restaurants, casinos, and shops. Neighborhood is very friendly and safe; 1 block from City Hall. House is newly remodeled with all new art, furniture and beds. Enjoy a movie on a new 63” big screen tv with Netflix or Prime, or relax in bed and catch up on your favorite series. Office space is in a sunny, quiet corner near windows with a small desk and chair, strong Internet. The space The house is yours to use, including the washer and dryer space located in the basement. The backyard is still being landscaped and currently unavailable, but the front yard, patio, and garden stairs are all open for use. BBQ is available. The (2) Queen bedrooms are located on the main floor, and the King bedroom is located the finished section of the basement behind the laundry space. (See pictures). This bedroom does require use of narrow stairs to access. The house and property is very quiet most of the time, with the I80 railway nearby that comes through every so often and gives the space genuine that Winnemucca charm. Each cleaning is given special care to meet the Airbnb Covid 19 requirements. We currently do not accept pet rentals at this property. House is equipped with digital locks and security system for use at your leisure. Alarm code to arm the house at night or while away will be provided upon request. We are experienced hosts and Airbnb guests often ourselves, so we enjoy making our guests feel welcome and encourage you to reach out during your stay if we can help in any way! Guest access Access to the property is open with the exception of closed rooms in the basement and an additional shed and garage in the back of the property. All guests, especially tiny human guests, are encouraged to be very careful when using the basement stairs as the original home had steep stairs that have yet to be remodeled with the basement (Stairs are located behind back door to kitchen and easily closed off for smaller children's safety). The rest of the house, while the whole house is not child proofed, it is very safe and kid friendly for traveling families. Other things to note Entry to the house does require ability to utilize an electronic code lock, if there’s any concern with this or you would like to go over how to operate the lock in more detail please contact us prior to your arrival.
