Here are some more details: >3 Bedrooms (Owners Suite - King Bed, Guest 1 - 2 Double Beds, Guest 2 - Double/twin bunk beds) >6-Drawer Dressers in Owners Suite and guest 1 with closet in Owners suite >2 Bathrooms (Owners suite bathroom w/walk in shower and full vanity, Guest Bathroom w/full tub & Shower and full vanity) >Modern Kitchen with breakfast counter on island (seating for 3). >Stainless appliance (Microwave, Flat top stove & Oven. >Small appliances (Toaster, Blender, Hand Blender, Keurig, Crock pot, Iron, hair dryers) >Stacked washer and dryer >Kitchen Table w/seating for 6 >Living room w/wrap around sofa, coffee table, TV stand and TV equipment >Pool/Lake Towels provided >Back patio w/ small round table, 6 chairs and 2 end tables. Guest access Guests have access to the entire inside of the condo with exception to the owners closet. The following is available in the Sundowner Community for guests: >Pool use >Day dock use >Lake use >Trash disposal If you are interested in bringing a boat, Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina is a 7 minute drive down 2147 and has ample overnight parking for your boats and trailers. They do offer boat rentals or you can reach out directly to me and I can provide you with a local private boat and jet ski rental company that is usually a little more affordable. Other things to note While we are not affiliated with Horseshoe Bay Resort, we are located on Horseshoe Bay Resort Grounds. Horseshoe Bay resort is kind enough to open some of its activities up to any visitors on HSB grounds. Some of the things HSB opens to everyone are: - Restaurant located in the Main Hotel (3-5 min walk) - Mini Golf located behind the Main Hotel (Cost $ to play) - Complimentary S’mores between 7p-8p daily (located in the mini golf area) - access to most events offered at the Main Hotel (see resort calendar for details)
