Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home. Please do not park on the street. There is plenty of parking in the garage and the driveway or the RV driveway. Other things to note We do not do early check ins or late checkouts as they conflict with the housekeeper's schedule. We charge a one-time pet fee of $100 per pet. We have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and facing each driveway. There are no cameras in the house or backyard for your privacy. No extra guests. Please tell us how many guests you will have. If you have extra guests in the home that you do not tell us about there will be $25 fee per guest over the number you said. This includes guests that are not staying the night. This is to prevent parties. We have Minut noise monitoring. Minut is 100% privacy compliant, camera-free, and is required on this property. Please let us know if you have any questions or check out the website to learn more. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay and keep sound down between the hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Minut does not record conversation, it simply measures volume level and sends alerts to us and our guest if sound is over 70 decibels. There are motion sensor cameras installed on the exterior of the property for security of the home and to help prevent parties and extra guests. If you have a party we will ask you to leave our home for breaking the rules.
