The space ~ Guests have access to the entire main section of the house - three bedrooms, one bath, living room, and kitchen. (❗️Please note that the the studio apartment in the basement, which has a separate entrance, is occupied. It is well sound-proofed, so there’s minimal disturbance.) ~ Kitchen is fully equipped for use, including small appliances such as instant pot, crock pot, food processor, etc ~ Outdoor fire pit and patio are available for guest use. Guest access Laundry facility is shared space between the basement apartment and main portion of the house. Both have private entrance to the laundry space.
