S'more Memories is a quiet, peaceful retreat for Smoky Mountain visitors who want to avoid the crowds of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg without sacrificing convenience. Only a 6 mile drive to the Cosby entrance of the National Park, 9 miles to the town of Newport. Guests are welcome to explore the cabin's 3.5+ private acres which adjoins the 640,000 acre Cherokee National Forest. Recently remodeled, well equipped, hot tub, lit fire bowl area, and new 480 sq ft game room. The space Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age. This cabin offers an expansive floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a spacious eat-in kitchen for 4 guests, living room with a wood-burning fireplace, game room with foosball table, Boss Toss game, and Legends Ultimate 300-game arcade machine, den with electric fireplace, TV and a washer/dryer area. Primary suite and second bedroom both have TVs. Outside you will find a covered porch with a gas fireplace, hot tub, porch swing, rocking chairs and a beautiful forested mountain view. The back deck includes patio table and chairs for 4, charcoal grill and illuminated campfire area. All roads to the house are paved and paved driveway and level parking spots with space for 2 vehicles. This home is NOT animal friendly and is a non-smoking/no vaping home, smoking outside only, please do not throw cigarette butts in the driveway, the yard or around the outside of the house. We do strictly enforce a NO ANIMAL and NO SMOKING/ NO VAPING Policy. If it is determined that an animal was on the property or smoking took place in the home, a minimum $350.00 extra cleaning fee will be charged as well as possible eviction from the property by Airbnb, without a refund. Due to family members having severe allergies to animals and smoke, we cannot permit any animals or smoking/vaping, under any circumstance in the cabin. The MAXIMUM number of guests allowed at this property is four (4), this number includes everyone in the party, including children over one (1) year old. If this number is exceeded, there will be a $100.00 per person/per night fee charged to your reservation. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire house except for two storage rooms in the lower level. Other things to note This home is protected by ONE Blink security camera, motion activated, that is affixed to a tree and records the driveway and walkway to the home. This camera is not monitored. The camera records both audio and video. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously. The cabin is at the end of a narrow, paved road. Very minimum chance of meeting oncoming traffic as there is only one other home at the top. Most map Apps will say you have arrived before the house, continue to drive .5 mile up the road, the cabin is at the end of the road, on the left hand side. The driveway is paved with a level parking area for 2 vehicles. We have found it best to back up the driveway, it makes pulling out easier.
