Easy access to Route 5 and the NYS Thruway. *Ask us about longer stays!! The space Entire upstairs apartment as well as the partially fenced back yard. The two bedrooms include a queen and a full size bed. There is a living room and dining area complete with a work space. Please note the bathroom is quite small but has a full size bathtub/ shower with great water pressure! Guest access Shared front entrance and walk upstairs to the apartment. Please park on right side of the driveway. Prior to your stay, we will let you know where to access the key. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this is an upstairs apartment with the original staircase that is quite steep. This apartment may not be suitable for guests that have mobility limitations. Please also understand that this is our least expensive property. We are priced on the lower end in line with the expectations of the space. Finally, please note that this apartment is on a main road. If traffic noise is a concern please consider one of our other listings. Thanks for paying attention to the below rules as this will ensure a great experience and reviews for all my guests. NO SMOKING 🚭 anywhere on property. Please no food or beverages in any of the bedrooms at any time. Please remove shoes when in the house to protect the floors. Please be advised that this is Central New York, weather is unpredictable and while we do our best provide a plowed driveway, there is a possibility of additional snow during your stay. We have a shovel available for those situations. The driveway can be icy during unexpected storms so use caution. Pets require a pet fee. Please keep your pet on a leash and please pick up after your pet. Check Out Procedures: Please turn down heat before you leave as well. Room Work- Please only strip sheets (not mattress base cover) and place on the bed in that room. Kitchen- Please wash all dishes, pots, and pans as well as put them away. Clean and empty the kitchen sink of all food scraps. Empty food from refrigerator, wipe away spills, and wipe down stove top. All garbage must be in garbage bags. We do appreciate this! Sweep and mop any evidence of spills and extraordinary material anywhere in home. Bathroom- Please place all used towels on the floor. Empty trash and dispose of partially used soaps in the shower. Remove all garbage and recycling bottles and cans as well. Place all garbage and recycling in outside bins.
