This ranch style home with a finished basement is located on a quiet residential street. I have spent much time turning the place into a urban farm of sorts. The back yard has a large veggie garden to eat from. Additionally the back yard offers a deck to relax/grill on and a fire pit. I live here with my 11 year old son, Eli, so there are personal touches and items that are left when we check out for guests. The space You may see reviews noting chickens on the property. They are temporarily removed but watch for them in the future! The coop had to be removed for the city to complete a mainline project. Other things to note - My son is 11 so the house is not child proofed for younger ages. - Please be mindful of my neighbors if you are enjoying the deck and back yard. Absolutely NO parties. Please do not have more people here then listed on your reservation. This is a house rule and very important! I live on a quiet street. - there is no smoking within the house.
