The space This lovely home is located in the quiet and quaint Carrington neighborhood. Built in the 1980s, this cozy home has charming decor that creates a warm guest space. The room is quite cozy! The interior design has character. It is suitable for longer stays. Guest access Guests have access to their private bedroom and shared bathrooms. Guests are able to use the dining room, living rooms, backyard, deck, and patio. During your stay Housekeepers come to clean once daily and have limited interaction. We use self check-in but hosts have limited available to respond to guest questions and concerns using the Airbnb app to communicate. Must use app to communicate to ensure best response times. Other things to note There is a zero tolerance policy for bringing guests into home that are not accounted for through your reservation. If guests are underreported, the reservation will be canceled without refund. The house manager and co-hosts access exterior cameras to ensure compliance.
