I have a few AirBnBs in these townhouses. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other. The space You have the entire 3 bedroom townhouse to yourself. You have two private entrances as well as the attached garage. Guest access You have the whole three bedroom townhouse. There is a garage, driveway, and a patio area outside the back door. If you are visiting with dogs there is a large grass lot to the east where your dog can run around a bit. If you are traveling with multiple vehicles or large vehicles, we can work out parking arrangements for those as well. Other things to note The tv has Netflix and Hulu! We do not have access to local channels just streaming platforms via the internet. If you are booking a large group, there may be additional fees. So keep your eyes peeled for that and please do not be surprised. The price changes if you book 2 people versus booking 10 people. I have had people message me surprised about this. I would think Airbnb would somehow show this, but people have been surprised, so I want to put it here so it is not a surprise if the price changes for larger groups.
