Country living close to Wilkes Barre and the Poconos The space This is a private bedroom within a shared apartment with up to two other private guest rooms. The bedroom has a key locked door. There is a single bed, small dresser, closet, roku tv, desk and chair. This downstairs apartment is located in a quite bedroom community at the gateway of the Poconos, only 10 minutes to Wilkes Barre. The cozy living room has a wall to wall picture window!!! There is a full kitchen with electric stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea pot and all the basic cooking pans, pots and utensils needed with separate dining room. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the large yard from the back deck, or enjoy the cool shaded front porch. Your well behaved pets will be considered and must have pre approval by host and other guests. You will be able to relax and enjoy the country charm of this apartment, while being conveniently located to many state routes such as Route 309, Interstate 81, 80 and 476 (PA Turnpike Extension). Wilkes-Barre is a 10 minute drive and Scranton 20 minutes. 10 minutes from both the Mohegan Sun Hockey Arena and Casino in Wilkes-Barre. There are many wonderful restaurants in Mountain Top and other stores,for your shopping convenience. Many outdoor activities are also close by, such as white water rafting on the Lehigh River, Snow Skiing at Jack Frost or Montage, Nascar Racing at Pocono Race Track and many hiking, biking and horse back trails. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access Guests have private access to the entire downstairs common areas of apartment, front side porch, and back deck. Guests will have shared access to the back yard and driveway with upstairs tenants. During your stay The guests will check in and check out on their own. Their is a digital lock box on the front door for easy access. The code will be supplied the morning of check in. There wi be a key to the private bedroom upon check in. The hosts have a property manager available in the area for emergency needs.
