Less than 15" to the Texas Renaissance Festival, Berhnardt's Winery, great shopping, concerts & sporting events! Just a 45 minute drive to the Woodlands or Bryan/College Station, 20" to the State Park, 10" to the National Forest, 10 minutes to Lake Conroe, 1' to Houston proper and it's the PERFECT place to just hang and enjoy the peace and quiet. GUIDED FISHING TRIPS available for additional charge and hosted by local legend and author for DockLine magazine! (Ask for availability when you book your trip) NO range, but toaster, micro, etc. included. Guest access Guests have access to the tiny house cabin, and all of its amenities which are encompassed on a 5-acre plot of land inside a security gate. Also on property are OWNER'S art home (The Lowery Art House Montgomery) and Property Manager's separate home. Other things to note Geese and ducks live on property -- animals must be LEASHED. Our only RULE is for you to have a FANTASTIC time and enjoy yourselves!
