You will love staying in this adorable beach house! Our house is new to the rental market (1st rental was in June 2020). It is completely redecorated. Enjoy the decks: one in the front of the house where you can watch the boats go by, and the other one in the back of the house overlooking the backyard where you will find a breakfast table with a view of the river as well. You are a block from the beach, the supermarket, and the street filled with shops and restaurants. It's the perfect location! The space Our house is very bright and has gorgeous views of the Shrewsbury river and the boats passing by. It was remodeled and lifted after Sandy. It is beautifully decorated in a beach theme, and is very relaxing. There's lots of seating areas to match your mood. Curl up with your book by the window on the round ottoman, sit at the pub table with your cocktail, lounge on the couch and watch a movie on the flat screen TV, or sit at the picnic table to play your favorite game. You will find a lot of spots in the house to relax! The backyard is also very comfortable and perfect if you want to dine al fresco: brand new raised deck with a table and 6 chairs under string lights. It has an outdoor shower which is so fun after the beach. There is a Weber grill for your barbecues as well. We just got a game of corn hole if you are feeling playful! 2 beach passes (kids under 12 are free) and 1 parking pass are included with each rental. But, please do not lose them as there is a $125 replacement fee for each pass. We have 2 bikes in the garage you can enjoy. Please lock them up wherever you leave them (2 locks are provided). We also have beach chairs and beach towels for your use. Guest access You can use the entire house and backyard. You can park one car in the garage. If you park on the street, attach the parking pass to your car's rearview mirror. Don't forget to leave the pass on the table when you leave! The house sleeps 6 guests. Only 6 guests are allowed. Other things to note There’s 3 bedrooms, but they are all different sizes: 1. Aqua: This is the biggest room. It has a king size bed and lots of closet space. 2. Azur: This room has a queen size bed and a small closet. 3. Navy: This is a very small room. It has 2 twin beds (it’s a trundle). It has a couple shelves for clothes but no closet. It’s perfect for children, but the beds accommodate adults as well. STR # 23-012 expires 1/2024
