Very pet friendly house in a mature neighborhood, (except cats, mine are jerks) Space is: Semi-private lower level in a tri-level home. Lower level includes private Bedroom, Bathroom and Livingroom exclusively for guest use. Small coffee bar Kitchenette set up in living room space for personal use. Laundry room also on the lower level for shared use. Main level for shared use kitchen, dinning room, great room, and sun room. Sun room leads out to a large fenced in yard with outdoor patio. The space Unique tri-level house with large lot and a fenced in yard. Lower level is set up for guest use, but not completely private as I will still need use of the garage, basement and laundry room. I have 3 very busy, but nice dogs, who love to cuddle, and sleep on the furniture. I also have two cats, that are friendly. If you are bringing a dog they need to be dog and cat friendly. The upper level of the house is where I spend most of my time, either there or out in the yard with the dogs. Guest access keyless entry During your stay I work at the local hospital as a MLS, second shift. I primarily rent out to traveling medical professionals. I know how hard it is to find furnished housing for limited term rentals. I have worked all shifts and understand that each shift has unique requirements. I have light blocking curtains on the lower level windows for those day time sleepers.
