The space The space To ensure the utmost safety for our guests and long term tenants, you’ll receive a code from Maverick Suites to gain access to the building. Once inside you will find a modern communal office/work space with free high speed wifi and complimentary coffee station on the first floor. There is also a gym area for your use and enjoyment. On the third and fourth floor you will be able to take advantage of some communal common spaces including a kitchenette, a TV lounge area and pool table! Upon entering the apartment you are greeted with natural light and a full Kitchen set up, with tall seats and dining counter . Grab some ingredients and you’ll have virtually everything you could need to prepare and enjoy any meal. Next your eyes will be drawn to the newly furnished modern living room with spacious couch and stunning wood pieces. Gather to play games (provided), watch TV (smart Tv) or simply unwind and relax together comfortably! Tucked around the corner is your bedroom retreat featuring a memory foam King mattress, ample closet space stocked with extra blankets. Stylish furniture to match completes the space. A spacious full bathroom, with handicap accessible shower, large mirror and in-suite washer and dryer are important features that set this space apart. Other things to note *All requests for early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability. Any granted request has a $25 associated fee and cannot be determined more than 48hours in advance. Any unauthorized late checkout will automatically be subject to a $25 penalty.* This property is NON SMOKING. Any guest found to be smoking in their apartment will be subject to immediate cancellation of their reservation and a $250 fee. Pets are allowed with an accompanying fee (based on length of stay) and a $250 security deposit. The building is pet friendly however, we do ask that pets are well behaved and the guests are mindful of this. The building host many permanent residents and we wish to remain cordial at all times.
