You can also find live music at 10 South Restaurant, or 1311 rooftop bar and axe throwing as a family event (what can go wrong LOL) all within adjacent blocks. The space Located above a celebrated Mississippi art Gallery, the space is an artist's dream home. The 2,400 sq. ft open floor plan features unique art and a blend of contemporary and antique furnishings, and now with convenient elevator access! The space has hosted musicians, like composer Eve Beglarian... writers, like Natasha Trethewey and Kevin Sessums... artists and Mississippi river kayakers, paddlers, international bicyclists and lots of Americorps families! As a note, parties or events are not allowed, except through prior arrangement and separate fees depending on the size of the gathering. Guest access The loft has one king bed and one queen bed with two couches and a glider ( for those of you who are not southern, that is a daybed that swings!) a full bathroom with large shower, laundry room, full kitchen and a private rooftop terrace for watching the incredible sunsets. The loft has wi-fi and a security system for your added convenience and safety! Other things to note The space doesn't have separate bedrooms, both beds are in the open loft about 25 feet apart, so bring your kids or really close friends! We can accommodate more guests with two couches and a glider...but there is a charge of $25.00 per guest after the included number of 4 guests.
