This property has fast Wi-Fi a 55-inch Roku TV with Netflix in the living room and master bedroom is pet friendly and a perfect backyard for gatherings The space This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full-size bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and futon sleeper. The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds. The third bedroom contains an additional 45-inch Roku enabled TV and a desk area for any work or study needs while you're here. Each room comes with super comfortable mattresses, sheets, and pillows. You will love sleeping here. Each room also offers dressers/luggage tables/desk bedside tables and lamps. Each of the two bathrooms have all the towels hand towels and wash cloths that you will need for your stay. One bathroom has a tub shower combo, and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Shampoo, body wash, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and hand soap are included in each bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay including a microwave stove and oven pots and pans cooking utensils and a drip coffee maker with ground coffee. A dining room area with additional couch seating sits just outside the kitchen for home cooked meals or easy take out. This dining area is the perfect place for family game night or a large work project. The large living room has two comfortable sofas to lounge or sleep on and the 55-inch Roku enabled TV will be sure to keep you entertained. Netflix is already setup on the TV for your viewing pleasure. Plenty of parking is available in the large driveway out front for even the biggest groups. The backyard patio area is perfect for enjoying a West Texas Sunset or a nice evening outdoors. The property has a keypad deadbolt on the front door for convenient access during your stay. Pets are welcome at this property but please message letting us know if they will be staying in your booking confirmation. If your pets shed, please do us a favor and vacuum up after them when you leave. You will have full access to the entire home and backyard. This is not a shared space. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions sent three days before through messaging for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Should you need anything during your stay contact us immediately and we will take care of you. We are always available by text or phone call and pride ourselves on our quick responses. Lubbock Oasis is located in the Stubbs-Stewart neighborhood which is very convenient to restaurants shopping coffee shops banks churches. One of our local grocery stores Market Street is only 2 miles east on 50th. Located close to everything. Main roads Slide Ave and 34th Street are nearby as well as the Marsha Sharp Freeway and the loop. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide! Guest access You will have full access to the entire home and backyard. This is not a shared space. The only exception is the locked cleaner's closet.
