Waterfront home w dock at 9mm in quiet cove looking up the main channel. Newly updated interior is clean and comfy w modern touches. Location is great if you want to get out and about or just enjoy some peace/quiet. Asphalt access to the start of drive. Home looks down the main channel but inside no wake zone. Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe & lilly pad for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out. The space The drive is sloped gravel and not for a low rider but parking is flat and you can pull up right to the back door with several cars. The water is several flights of steps down but well worth it. We suggest using Frankie and Louise's boat ramp or the public access ramp if you are putting in a watercraft (they are both close enough by land and water). Each bedroom has a window ac. Usually we just leave one running all day and it cools the whole home. Guest access The whole house, parking and boat dock. 2 cars fit comfy, 5 can squeeze in, many folks park their boat or toy trailers here. Newly graveled parking, drive slow so you don't spin rocks at the windows. We suggest putting your boat in at Frankie and Louie's. Shawnee bend public boat launch is the next closest and Gavois public boat launch is where the really good fishing is. If you would like to use the PWC or Boat lift please arrange renting these spaces ahead of time otherwise you are welcome to just tie up to the swim platform on the dock. Also there is a water taxi service... coordinate with them seasonally and check ahead of time. Other things to note We also stay here when you don't on occasion so please respect personal possessions and replace anything you use that would be out of the ordinary stay for anywhere. We assume 2 persons per each 2 bedroom and one person sleeping on the fold out couch. Yes both couches fold out so technically we could fit another adult or several kids on those couches but we would like to limit stays to 6 persons max. Also there is grocery stocking service...coordinate with them five73-693-9393, we suggest they delivery once you've arrived. We prefer you don't give your lock box code out to anyone please.
