The space has all the essentials and everything you need to make it your home away from home (stocked Kitchenette, dining area, workspace desk- complete with office supplies etc etc) I’m only a knock or a text away if you need you need anything! It’s large, bright, happy, warm, clean, Comfy and has everything you can possibly need. The bedroom has two full size beds (1 new memory foam mattress). Additionally there is a Sleeper sofa (also memory foam) and queen air bed (upon request) for larger groups. Your private/non shared bathroom is located directly at the top of basement stairs (5 steps) The house is a multi-level house. We share the back entryway on the ground level since I park in my garage that is located in the back of my house. Our separate areas are located just inside the entryway separated by our own (locked) doors and stairs :) Guest access Basement apartment, common area, laundry room, back porch, back yard, back patio, basketball hoop Other things to note We live in the upper level of the house. Also, there is an outdoor cat “Ninja” that lives on my the back porch, if you dislike cats or are afraid of cats, please be aware that you may encounter “Ninja” when you are outside :) I often work on my enclosed back porch and there may be dust, chemical smells etc. I also allow friends and family to smoke in my back yard/porch (never in the house) so if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke outside while passing by, please let me know know ahead of time so I can be aware and accommodate your needs.
