Being a guest at Ocean Village Club gives you access to the private boardwalk to St. Augustine Beach, 2 pools (1 heated), tennis, shuffleboard, fitness center, and grilling/picnic pavilions. All on beautiful St. Augustine Beach and just minute away from the leading attractions, restaurants, and shopping of Historic St. Augustine! Arrivals outside of business hours will be provided further instructions. Other things to note Ocean Village Club Condominiums 12 Simple Rules Ocean Village Club wants you to enjoy your time at the Club and in order for all of us to achieve that goal; we would ask you to be mindful of the following: 1. Pool Areas: No glass, pets, diving, inflatables, or roughhousing (playing chicken, throwing children, balls etc.) is allowed in pool area. No food or beverage is permitted within the Wet Deck area (inside the blue line) per Florida State and St. Johns County Health Codes. No music is allowed at the pool without the use of ear buds/headphones. Pool closes daily at dusk or when lightening is in the vicinity. 2. Personal charcoal/gas/electric grills, smokers, fryers, or generators are not allowed on Ocean Village Club property. There are charcoal grills provided at the picnic areas by the car wash and the beach walkway. These are to be used on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be reserved. 3. Nothing (towels, bathing suits, clothing, mats, etc.) shall be hung from any railing, with the exception of national flags or seasonal decorations. 4. No boats, RV's/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored on OVC property. Examples of prohibited/unauthorized vehicles are illustrated on next page. 5. No loud and disturbing noises. No smoking or vaping at pools, picnic areas, or tennis courts. 6. No possession or use of fireworks of any kind anywhere on OVC property. 7. Landscaped areas are for all to enjoy. Playing games/gathering with friends should not cause excessive noise or disturbance to the rest of the community. Sidewalks are for pedestrians only. No roller-skates, rollerblades, bicycles, scooters, or powered devices are allowed on any sidewalk, building walkway, tennis courts, or inside the pool area. 8. All walkways shall be kept clear at all times. 9. Only one pet per unit is allowed for non-owners. Guests that are visiting rental patrons are not permitted to bring their pet. All pets must be registered at the Association Office, pay a fee, and receive a pet tag which is to be worn at all times. The pet must be leashed and in the owner’s control at all times. No pets are to be tethered at any time. Breeds not allowed: Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler, German Shepherds, and Doberman. 10. Each unit has use of one reserved (yellow) and one visitor (white) parking space. All cars must display a valid parking pass. Violators (including guests) are subject to towing. 11. No coolers, chairs, toys, fishing gear, surf boards or swim boards of any kind are to be left outside of the boundary of unit patios. Please bring in/on patio-balcony when finished using. 12. Dumpsters are located throughout the property. Garbage is not to be placed in picnic/pool trash cans.
