Our home is situated in a peaceful and upscale neighborhood. Gilbert is consistently rated within the top 10 safest towns in the US. We have excellent highway access, making us 20 minutes to most attractions and cities (Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler) as well as Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and Mesa Gateway. Don't forget to Wish list me (the heart symbol) so you can come back and find the listing later on. The room has a king sized bed, desk, comfy chair, a night table, and closet with ample space. To note: there is not a dresser in the room. There are built in drawers in the closet. We have found this makes a better use of the closet and more efficient use of the floor space in the room. We have over the air HD network channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS). The TV has a Roku available to stream. So come with your Netflix, Hulu, etc passwords. (We do not provide login accounts for these.) You are welcome to use the fridge, kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, BBQ, pool, and hot tub. The pool is not heated. We have multiple rooms in our home on Airbnb. All guests are able to share the common areas in our home. You may see someone you haven't been introduced to. If this happens, feel free to say hello and ask them their story! We enjoy Airbnb because of the friendly community environment it builds. Please take this into consideration. If you are uncomfortable with this, our listing may not be suitable for you. We have two high school kiddos that are accustomed to sharing our home. Please understand that we live in the home and the main living area can get a bit noisy when getting ready for school in the morning (20 minutes) The pool is NOT heated We have 2 dogs.
