All 3 bedrooms are upstairs with full bath. Downstairs is a half bath and laundry room. This house offers hardwood floors throughout. It has been mostly remodeled and updated. This includes new flooring, new granite countertops, freshly sanded hardwood floors and professionally painted downstairs. The bathrooms have been updated as well, with new fixtures, mirror, toilets and paint. My house is ALWAYS being updated and restored; I always put the profits from bookings back into the house. The decor is vintage/farmhouse with lots of special touches throughout. I want to make you and your family feel at home and cozy all throughout your stay. This house reflects vintage charm but with modern updates: high speed internet, new large flat screen tv, Alexa speaker, smart TVs in bedrooms and smart nest thermostat. A propane grill has been added too! **Please note: This house was built in 1923, and because it is an older residence, it can take awhile to warm up in the cooler months. Due to the beautiful hardwood floor, the floors creak and you will hear individuals walking around upstairs. Even with the remodel, we have tried to capture a good balance between vintage and new. Is it perfect like a hotel? Nope! This house is on the older side, so consider that before booking. Guest access The entire house and property is yours to use. This residence is used only for Air bnb. 24 hour/keyless-no contact entry. Other things to note In the warmer months, the house has air-conditioning units in each room. Units will not be turned on the morning of arrival, so house will be on the warmer side. Adjust temperature to your liking. There is not central air. In the colder months, the house will be set at 63 for when you check in at 3pm. It is the guest’s responsibility to message me and let me know if guest would like house warmer due to a later check in. Otherwise, house will be 63 at guests’s time of check in.
