There is plenty of things to do here, we can provide additional services upon your request. This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, a perfect getaway from a hectic lifestyle. Privacy is a passion for most folks here. There are two roads, Candleberry Drive and Dressage. As you enter Old Church Place you can enjoy seeing horses in private paddocks, Virginia Whitetail Deer herds and the occasional wild turkey. If you are out for a stroll, you will most likely see the infrequent dog walker or occasionally, neighborhood kids. We are located on 10 acres and I will be happy to tour you on the woodland trails. Most places are a car drive away, but bike trails are marked on nearby roads. There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway or road. Also, the Richmond International Airport is a 30 minute drive by way of the country backroads. It is rumored that WiFi may soon be available in this area. Meantime, it’s best to bring your own MiFi device or hotspot as I currently have no WiFi other than my own Verizon MiFi hotspot which has limitations for streaming and downloading.
