Downstairs there is one bedroom with bunks and one bathroom and a single car space. The home has a custom-built, hot outdoor shower, lockable surfboard storage and undercover laundry. There's even a Hills Hoist in the backyard, which features lawn and garden. Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels and pillowcases.
