You can instant book it and read the access information in the guest resources section in this page visible once it's booked. The space Stay in a beautiful 3-bed house within a short drive to the beach. It includes a 2-car garage, kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, 2.5 bathrooms, balcony, and terrace. Come and stay in a house that combines the beauty of rustic local natural materials with an ambiance and a touch of Europe. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The town of Chapultepec offers shops, restaurants, markets, and Estero Beach resort is very near. It's home to one of the best taco stands in Ensenada. They make their tacos with steak right off the grill and hand-made corn tortillas cooked on the spot. Costco, Walmart, and Home Depot are only a short drive away. Downtown Ensenada is within a 20 minute drive. Please keep in mind that this is Mexico so my neighborhood has many unpaved roads and a mixture of homes. My house is located in a part of town where a number of Americans have retired and where local people live too. It is not a resort. Some of the homes are nice and some of the homes are not so nice. There are plenty of empty lots too. I'm not trying to discourage anybody, I just simply want you to know what to expect. I live in Germany and every two years, I get to come home with my wife and kids and we all love it. Gugle :) map is off by about a block and a half north of where my house is located. It is actually closer to the corner of Ballenas and Ninfas. Please expect the house to be very clean. The photos from the bedrooms were taken by a previous guest during her stay and include some of her belongings. I added the photos because that's all I have right now. Guest access WiFi: ARRIS-B562 password:(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)EBCCE2 You will also find the WiFi information inside the house. Emergency contact: Mireya ,she speaks spanish only (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Please email me too, I'm available most of the time. You will find the keys in a lockbox. I will send you the combination a few days before your arrival. Please leave the keys inside the house, on the table once you are ready to check out. The lock box has a "button"on the center that you need to push once you have enter the combination. You will find the front door key and garage lock key in it. The front and rear door keys are the same. All the locks open with the same key. Other things to note Please don't drink the tap water. You will need to buy your own drinking water. You can find drinking water in every market. I have a 5-gallon plastic container that you can use. If you do, make sure you don't change the brand. There is also the option to simply refill it. There is a place on Morelos, paved road, where you can refill it and the cost is only 9 pesos, a little more than 75 cents. There are two propane tanks installed outside of the house. One for the stove and one for the hot water boiler in addition I have a small cylinder in the garage in case of an emergency. You can find them on the back of the house and on the side of the house. The valves should be opened and in the case they are not simply turn the knob in a counterclockwise direction.
