Bay View is a residential community on Paradise Island comprised of privately owned suites, townhouses, and villas. The entire community was recently divested by Best Western Hotels & Resorts. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has the makings for a nice getaway. The Bay View community has it's own cafe, gym, pool, tennis court for residents and guests. It’s a short walk away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas and within walking distance of the famous Atlantis Resort. This listing is fully equipped with modern day appliances and fittings to make your tropical vacation seamlessly convenient and inviting with all the comforts of home. The ground floor features a lovely entrance foyer, comfortable and well appointed living room with television, 6 seat dining room, half bath, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room (washer and dryer). Amenities include FREE WiFi, FREE basic cable television, central air-conditioning, swimming pool, beach/pool towels, etc. Our guests have total and exclusive access to their villa. The home is not shared with anyone except the guests that book it. We have a full team of friendly staffers that will do all they can to ensure you have what you want at Bayview Villa 22. We just want you to have a great time! A rental car is always a nice convenience which we can assist you with upon request. All guests pay a one time cleaning fee directly to Airbnb when the reservation is made for the cleaning of the home at checkout. Please take special note that housekeeping services are not included but are available for a nominal fee upon request. If you require housekeeping services please notify us via Airbnb no later than the night before so our staff can promptly put you on the schedule for the following day. Housekeeping services will include general basic cleaning of the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, & common areas. You will be charged for each request via Airbnb for all additional services rendered.
