We are 20 minutes South of the “Rosarito Papas and Beer” easily reached by a taxi/UBER;-) The space Our home's living area is completely on one level. It is 2500 sq ft and very spacious. We can sleep 9 people comfortably in our 6 beds: 2 queen, 1 double and 3 twin and a comfy sofa for 2 people. We offer a full kitchen, charcoal large grill and a bar with all the amenities you will need to prepare meals and drinks. You can pack your groceries, charcoal and liquor and bring them with you to save time shopping. We have a beautiful ocean view from the living room, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom. We have an ocean view patio. We also have a large terrace upstairs with phenomenal sunset, full coastal and 360* ocean and mountain view. Relax on our patio or lounge chairs and enjoy a margarita while watching them. Our community has excellent security. We have paved and well lit streets which are perfect for a moonlight walk. Doggie cleanup bags are at the guard shack. You will feel very comfortable and safe here:-) Guest access You will have access to the beach, tennis court, basketball court, bocce ball, horseshoe pit, pickle ball Other things to note We have a beautiful unique seasonal pebble beach with an amazing view of Descanso Bay. The wedding venue “VILLA DE PARAISO” is only 1 KM South of us. We are next to a large sand dune where you can rent an ATV for $60 an hour and ride on the dunes (bring long pants and closed toe shoes to ride) KM38 & KM58 surfing, Puerto Nuevo, Zip lining at KM 42, Several Casino's, Guadalupe Wine Valley and Ensenada are close by. I can put you in touch with in home facials and massages before your visit (1 week prior to visit) Some of our favorite restaurants in the Rosarito area: Encanto, The Kraken, Ollie's Pizza, Sunsets (fish), Splash, Tapanco, Baja Fish Tacos Jr., Gary's La Fonda (Bottomless Margaritas or Bloody Mary’s on Sunday Brunch), El Encino, Ruben’s (excellent happy hour and Sunday Brunch). We have great local taco shops close by. Giorgio’s Restaurante @ KM 31 for great Italian food. Calimax Grocery Store is at KM43. Popotla has wonderful fresh local fish. There are numerous wonderful restaurants in the wine valley. You can always find great food in Baja! Guadalupe Wine Valley has 200 wineries and is a fabulous day of wine tasting, cheese, bread, tapenade and olive oil sampling! You do not want to miss this if you enjoy vino!
