It is kept very clean, and professionally maintained. Home has washer and dryer, and has upscale furniture and nicely stocked kitchen. Guest access You will be renting the entire home. Access to parking in the garage, use of the laundry, and enjoying a really nice large patio in a beautifully landscaped private backyard. Other things to note No Smoking, No Pets, No House Parties. Must be 25 or older to rent home. 1 convertible bed and bedding can be brought in the home for $29; however, there is a limit of 8 sleeping in the home. In February, March, April, October, November and Holiday weekends I have a 4 night minimum if a Friday or Saturday is requested. If only 2-3 nights are available in my calendar then this minimum will not apply or if you are within 3 weeks of trip, I will consider 2-3 night weekend bookings. Other months my weekend rental is 3 night minimum, unless close to travel date. In peak months usually within 3 weeks, 3 night weekend will be accepted, and within 2 weeks, a 2 night weekend will be accepted. 1 night stays okay on short notice.
