Welcome to the Cozy Hearth. This condo is easily accessible, less than 5 miles from the Augusta National Golf Course. Only eight miles from Downtown. Accommodates six guests. Perfect location to see all of August. Bring the whole family here with lots of room for fun. The space Fresh open locally designed townhouse. Two bedroom/ two bath. Plush Queen Size beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Open Living & Dining area. Sitting area on patio. We always provide guests with fresh towels, linens & coffee, washer and dryer. We also offer a pack in play (listed as crib) and a sofa sleeper to accommodate families. Guest access Guests rent the entire private condo. Access to free parking right in front of the condo and a washer and dryer. Other things to note For guests needing assistance with checking in after 10:30pm, call your host and co-host & please allow them at least 1 hour to respond. Parking provided: 2 vehicles per booking. No street parking allowed. Pets are allowed, with non refundable pet fee. Pets cannot be left unattended in any fenced in area. Pets must be crated inside the unit when guests are not there. We take pride in hosting our guests, therefore our condo is serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Georgia, and as guests enter and exit the condo bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.
