The kitchen is equipped with top of the line, new appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV, foosball table and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage. Ping pong table also located in the garage. We apologize but this home does not allow pets.
