We tried to create a beautiful environment, modern and functional. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay such as fridge, electric stove, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine etc). The new balcony doors have double glazing, so that there is total peace of mind inside the house. The balcony is small, but a small table gives you the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee before heading out into the city. You can sleep on the double sized bed or enjoy tv on the sofa .When you are hungry you can cook in the electric stove and eat on the table or in the balcony . Don't forget if you want to relax you can make a hot bath in our recently renovated wc. Other things to note The house is also close by (100 meters) from the Thessaloniki International Fair. The area beyond the International Exhibition hosts branch exhibitions throughout the year. If you come by car here you will find reasonably priced and large parking space. Just before you reach the International Exhibition, if you head down to the beach you will find the State Theater and the Royal Theater. From the starting point of the house, if you climb up to 100 meters, you will find the arch of Galerious (Kamara) and Rotonda, two important historical monuments of Thessaloniki. Very close to the house there is a bus stop and a taxi stop. Indulge in the charm of the center of Thessaloniki and enjoy your stay.
