This home features a spacious wraparound porch steps away from Vineyard Park, a beautiful and expansive park running the length of the Vineyard District. Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by an open main floor with beautiful hardwood floors, a fully stocked kitchen, quartz countertops, a gas range/oven, a dishwasher, a wine bar, counter seating for 3, and a farmhouse dining table that seats 7. The open living room has a comfy sectional, armchair, and gas fireplace. We have a wall-mounted Smart TV with all the apps you need to watch your favorite shows and a Blu-ray player. There is a powder room on this floor and a coat closet containing pool/hot tub towels, a cooler bag, beach bags, and a highchair for use during your stay. There are two doors that open onto a wide, covered, wrap-around porch with cozy seating and a dining table. The backyard boasts a BBQ, 6 personal hot tub, a gas fire pit, and Adirondack chairs which make for a perfect evening after a day on the lake. The upper level of the home features a large master bedroom with a king bed, nightstands, dresser drawers, and a closet. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The upper level also includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed, nightstands, and a closet. The third bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed, great for children and adults. This bunkroom has storage for all of your things and an Xbox One console with a selection of games. Each bedroom comes complete with its own wall-mounted Smart TV. These 2 bedrooms share an upstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry closet is also located upstairs for your convenience; here you will find a full-size front-loading washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum.
