Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and unwind aboard Carpe Diem II, a yacht with 2 comfy queen staterooms for up to 4 adults. Each stateroom has a private bathroom and shower. Unwind on the aft deck with meals and cocktails as the boats sail by on the harbor, or warm up or cool off inside with central A/C and heat. Located in Charlestown Navy Yard, steps to Freedom Trail, North End, and Downtown. Book now and enjoy the unique charm of living on the water in this historic neighborhood. The space Step aboard the Carpe Diem II and be welcomed by her aft deck, inviting you to sit and relax, and engage in great conversation. Move to the fly-bridge for a 360° view of the marina and harbor. Heading inside, the main salon offers comfortable seating for 6. It's a great spot to cozy up with a book after a fun day in the city. A Bluetooth speaker, Smart-TV, and ample plugs for charging your devices add to the livability of the boat. Step down to the galley and dinette, equipped with everything you need to make a meal onboard: a two-burner induction cooktop, convection microwave/oven, toaster, small fridge, and plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery, and pots and pans. The cooking basics such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea, coffee, and a welcome bowl of snacks are also provided. The dinette table comfortably sits 4 and lowers to turn into an extra twin/full bed. Enter the private forward and aft staterooms made up with luxury linens, blankets, pillows, and duvets. Grab a fluffy towel before entering one of two bathrooms. Equipped with quiet and reliable heads (toilets), hot showers, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Central A/C and heat keep the boat comfortable no matter what the New England weather throws at you. Located in the oldest neighborhood in Boston, Charlestown, the boat is close to many popular Boston destinations: A 5-minute walk to the USS Constitution A 10-minute walk to the Bunker Hill Monument A 5-minute walk to the Freedom Trail A 15-minute walk to the North End (Ferry service available as well!) A 20-minute walk to Downtown and Faneuil Hall A 10-minute walk to the TD Garden A 20-minute Uber/Taxi ride to Fenway Park A 15-minute Water Taxi ride to Seaport Logan Airport is just a 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride away, and a 20-30 minute Water Taxi ride away. Guest access While you do have access to the entire boat during your stay, please note that the boat cannot leave the dock. Our insurance policy does not cover guests taking the boat out. If you would like to arrange for a boat tour of Boston during your stay, please ask, and we will put you in touch with the best charters in the area. Other things to note • Is there wifi on board? Yes, there is wifi on board! • Does the boat have A/C & Heat? Yes, the boat has both A/C and Heat! However, please note that as it is a boat, there is minimal insulation, but it stays extremely comfortable. Most guests prefer to keep the windows open for a nice sea breeze during the summer and the HVAC heat keeps up with the most brutal New England frigid temperatures. • Can we get picked up or dropped off at different wharves around the harbor? Yes! There are water taxis that can take you directly from the airport to the marina, and from the boat to anywhere else you may need to go. • Is there parking nearby? Yes, there is parking available nearby. Parking at the marina is available for $28/day along with other parking garages in the area. Most guests do not end up moving their car during their stay so we do not recommend renting a car. • Will there be enough room? The yacht is wonderfully comfortable! There's ample headroom in the cabin, and the beds are just as large as queen-size beds you'd have at home. However, please bear in mind that the boat is on water and it will move. While it's a gentle rock, if you're the kind of person who feels queasy just looking at boats, then this might not be the best option for you. • Can we cook on board? Yes, you can cook on board! The galley is well equipped with everything you need to make a nice meal. A mini fridge, two-burner stove, convection oven/microwave, and a community grill are all available to whip up a meal after a long day in Boston! Registration number STR-461756
