Our guests can sleep easy knowing that we take safety issues seriously and that we are responding to the current challenges in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends and family. Guest access Guest have access to the entire condo as well as the outdoor areas of the clubhouse. This includes the pool and fire pit! Guests are not allowed inside the clubhouse though. Other things to note • Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. • For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. • 2nd-floor unit; Must climb stairs. • The Fireplace is only operational from October 1-April 1. • The community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. • There is no RV or trailer parking per the HOA. Renters can park their trailers across the street for only $5 per day by calling & making reservations with Wolfe Creek Rentals. You need to state you are parking at the Townsend Facility. • Please note: this is a residential community.
