In mild weather, renters have used the whips their entire stay. If you choose to use the whips, please do so at your own risk. We receive the highest waves in spring. The house is on open water. Does your pool get hot in July/August? Thanks to the lake breeze, the pool is refreshing all summer long. Can we heat the pool? Spa heat is included year-round. The pool can be heated (charged at cost) if nights are above 55 degrees. In below 40 degree temperature, the freeze-guard prevents hot tub use. Does your property have…? Requests are welcome. The ping pong table, two cribs, a larger coffee maker, outside wood grill, volleyball set, and many other items have all been added by request at no charge. Can we have more than 20 guests? Exceeding the 20 person guest limit violates the rental agreement. Please ask permission vs forgiveness and be transparent in all requests. Can we have more daytime guests if only 20 stay overnight?
